So how did you spend your New Year's Eve?
I spent mine alone. My parents were working and my sister's in KL having oodles of fun and I don't celebrate New Year's with my friends. When it struck midnight - believe it or not - I was browsing through this random Myspace profile (amazing how I still go to that place) listening to this random Thursday song.

Oh yeah, I recieved some bad news - I'm not leaving just yet and if by some sort of a miracle that I'm to go, it'd be a long wait of 1/2 - one year before my bum's seated on an airplane flying out of this shithole we I call Singapore. &
I'm half-lying about that last sentence.

I ought to remind my mother to stop freeloading; she frequently brings back food from her workplace (she works in the airline lounge) and because it's the New Year festivity blabla, her workplace had this little party-thing involving a plethora of evil junk food. Pizzas, fingerfoods, omgcake and the likes. I wolfed down two pizzas an hour ago and I feel guilty because I repeated this mantra going 'I will control my food intake' about a billion times. Or maybe I should simply remind myself to stop being such a whiny nimrod with a mortifying level of self-discipline. :D

As much as I loathe school, I'm actually looking forward to learning again. Learning, not studying.
