I'm not comfortable with the level of commitment I've to put into certain things right now. It's draining and I'm exhausted. The sickening thing is that I actually let myself into all that. How great.

You've absolutely no idea how much I want to be Harry Houdini; too bad I'm not a practising escapist.

But anyway, I felt that the situation wouldn't be any better if I just let the whole matter get to me, so I decided to do a little shopping yesterday. It was just minor splurging, I'm $40 poorer now but it did go a long way. (Am I turning into those people who chronically needs retail therapy?!) I've to save up really, really hard though, now that I wantneed to get The Office S1&2 boxset from Borders. And of course 459827 other things I saw yesterday. Can't wait to go shopping. Can't wait, can't wait!

Today was been a good day thus far. Relaxing Sunday early-afternoons are the best, I swear. Just make sure that you don't read those vicious competing fictions while listening to the climax of The Karelia's 'Please, Please, Please, Let me get what I want'. You'd want to weep and ruin your panties at the same time.
